We cater for many types of welding at Metalforms, these include MIG, TIG, spot and stud welding.
With the MIG and TIG, we are able to weld ferrous and also weld stainless steel and aluminium, having experience of IP rated products ‘when’ integrity of the weld is critical, helps us understand many welding needs from a tac to a fully seam welded item.
Our spot welding section has a wealth of experience, this includes jig making to ensure that any spot welded items are always in the correct positions on products.
The stud welding techniques we use at Metalforms ensure the correct adhesion of threaded pin to the steel surface, with appropriate jigging all stud welds are correctly located and straight.
